Double Spin Double Diamond

The Double Spin Double Diamond is the newest version of the ever popular Double Diamond series developed by IGT.  The pay table consists of the top three Double Diamond symbols as the jackpot, followed by the three red sevens, then the triple, double and single bar symbols.  The bottom two levels of the award table are made up of two cherry symbols in the first and second position and the one cherry symbol in the first position.  Just like the other Double Diamond reel slots, the Double Diamond symbol matches any other symbol on the payline and doubles the winning combination as a result.  Also, two Double Diamond symbols will pay four times the winning combination as before on the other Double Diamond reel slot games, but what is unique about this reel slot is that the third reel will re-spin one time if the initial result can be improved without losing the initial pay.  What this is saying is that the third reel will re-spin if the slot player is not a winner at first, and if two symbols are on the payline in the first two reel slots, the third reel will do another spin by itself.  Remember, though, just because the third reel re-spins, that doesn’t mean that the slot player is automatically a winner, for the spin is at random, just like the previous spin when all three reels spin, but this extra action done by the third reel will give an additional edge to the slot player by re-spinning in order to improve the chances of winning from the initial spin.
