Top Line Slots requires a one to three-day turn-around in re-furbishing the customer's slot machine, depending on the readiness of the machine. These are expensive machines and each needs to be thoroughly rehabed and quality checked so that the machine meets each customer's expectations. Top Line's Policy is one of fairness to all customers. Typically service is given on a first-come, first served basis with no preferential treatment given.
